People Power Business. Let’s Strengthen Yours.

Whether you’re a business owner, a team leader in a corporation, nonprofit, wellness practice, retail storefront, or e-commerce brand—your success depends on three things:
your leadership, your team’s well-being, and how well they work together.

Imagine hearing this from your employees:

“I love my job because the owners treat us like family.”
“My coworkers make work fun—we all get along so well.”
“We’re proud of what we accomplish. Our customer service is top-notch because we enjoy working together.”

These aren’t just feel-good comments—they’re signs of a thriving workplace culture. And they’re achievable.

Welcome.

For more than a decade, I cultivated a deep passion for employee well-being and engagement while working at a regional healthcare system. Even before COVID-19, I saw the emotional and physical toll workplace stress took on clinical and non-clinical employees alike—but the pandemic amplified it. I began to fear what the workplace might look like post-pandemic and knew I had to be part of the solution.

During this pivotal time, I leaned into my strengths in leadership development and organizational strategy—skills sharpened by a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. I came to truly understand that leadership isn’t always tied to a title. I was inspired by authentic leaders and made a personal commitment to lead with authenticity, empathy, and integrity—always with healthy boundaries, a mentoring mindset, active listening, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

I’ve seen first-hand how employee wellness programs can miss the mark—becoming overwhelming, underused, or disconnected from the realities of the workplace. That experience led me to study what actually makes teams thrive. Through research, workshops, and real-world experience, I’ve uncovered strategies that help people live more balanced lives while staying engaged, motivated, and productive.

My passion for professional communication has guided every step of my career. After earning a degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Bowling Green State University, I started in retail management, then transitioned into corporate paralegal work in Toledo and Washington, D.C. But I eventually returned to my roots—realizing that writing, communication, and storytelling were my true calling.

That passion ultimately led me to serve more than a decade as Communications Director for a large religious organization, where I led media relations and strategic messaging. My 10 years in healthcare internal communications were some of the most gratifying professional years and I embraced working with human resources in employee well-being and engagement.

Today, I bring all of that experience—wellness, leadership, strategy, and communication—into my consulting practice, helping organizations build workplaces where people and performance thrive.
